This is actually a very good poll.
I have been training hard, real hard 6 days a week. Yesterday I was at the gym 2 and ½ hours and felt rushed, could have stayed and worked another ½ hour easy.
This week will only be 5, because of work, but I feel like training twice on Saturday.
I feel like I could train everyday. But I think that would be counter productive.
Don’t really know.
Have never trained twice in same day. I know people do it, and it seems to make sense.
2 days rest between body parts seems adequate to me, I use to take one week off between body parts.
I go to a big gym in Costa Mesa, has everything, I don’t talk to anyone, just stretch, do abs, turn of the phone and hit the weights.
My cycle is test only 1 gram a week with liquidex and novladex, have never really done this type of cycle before, a function of lack of resources at present.
