3 things that will mess up joints chemically speaking:

Winstrol , Trenbolone ( in time) and aromatase inhibitor usage in excess

I bet 90% of people use a dose of aromatase inhibitor that is too much and thus limits gains and joints

all of this really become notable after a cycle

Multiply this by three(daily total) and like njmuscleguy said, it takes months before you begin to feel the benefits.

im aware of this as im using it, but as i said its per serve so take 3-4 serves a day and give it a few months
