O odoyal rulez Guest Mar 2, 2007 #22 Well, the high fat is to supplement the lack of carbs. Need to get the energy from somewhere, plus its a good deal of healthy fat from flax/fish oil. I dont think eating a dozen eggs a day is unhealthy by any means. Eggs are natures perfect food.
