I would suggest that you do not have anywhere near enough fats in this diet.. 1 tbls of flax is what i would recommend..

Ok gotcha, well an intenese training program is what we do on caloric deficiets to minimize muscle loss. Lots of training to make the body think it needs to hold onto the muscle to survive... getting into the relm of overtraining quickly isn't uncommon on a cutting diet.

fyi: There's a good amount of fat in steak, (whole) eggs, and cheese there.

I wouldn't mind seeing some ANPB somewhere though.
 
I ate another boring days worth of green beans/steaks and eggs..threw in 2 tsp of flax oil...got a killer pump on at the gym but on the drive home i got super nauseas and lightheaded, had to pull over at work (right around the corner) and grabbed a sandwhich..after about 20 minutes the feeling went away..im not diabetic or anything, but the hi gi from the bread really seemed to help..going to reintroduce oatmeal and maybe wheat bread again to my diet in small doses...i wont drop weight as fast..but my strength and endurance sahould go back up and i wont feel like shit allday..
 
u tired during the day or what. Hows that goin. U got any power at the gym. Im looking to do something very similar. My goals are fatloss only. What are yours
 
Yeah, ive been tired, but i live on 4 hours of sleep everyday due to working the evening shift..and having to get up at 6am to take my kids to school mon-frid (single dads rule). As far as power goes, it seems to help when i go to the gym first thing in the morning, because at night after a work shift im drained.
 
DAY 9

As far as the diet is concerned, after evaluating it from last week, i realized i was getting no calcium, no potassium, no vitamin c or any of the really essential nutrients and vitamins I needed to properly function. Today I added some fresh greens and oatmeal with fruit to help round out my nutrition.

0730 1 cup oatmeal 4 whole eggs

1130 4 oz sirloin 1 can grean beans 2 tsp flax oil

1330 1 large salad with seeds/lettuce/eggs/cheese (no idea how many calories but it was full of protein for sure)

1700 4 oz sirloin 1 can green beans

1900 8 oz sirloin

2200 protein shake

0000 cheerios with skim milk (post workout so i felt the carbs were justified)

No nausea today, and indigestion was a minimum. See yall later

I just started my cutting today, since its the first of the month, with 12 weeks until Summer comes around and outdoor Basketball season...

I dont know what your exact goals are but you'll make some good progress if you can stay on this.

I'll try to throw in some of my own progress info, seeing as my diet is close to yours, as far as setup.

was just about to comment on the fat...he has tons of fats in there....maybe even a little too much for a cutting diet imo cottage cheese, 12 whole eggs and 8 oz of steak is alot
