Oatmeal, yes. It's a slow-digesting carb, and very healthy for you. Steel cut oats are best, because they're 100% unprocessed (or as little processed as you can get, at least) and they're cheap as fuck. I love but hate my oats. I eat 'em raw, down 'em with some water, and am out the door.
