Can oatmeal be made in advanced and eaten later? Ex: i work 6-230. i hit the gym about 3pm. can i make it at about 5am, keep it refrigerated and eat it about 130 or 2 as a preworkout meal?

Yes of course . I take dry oats mid em with water and whey and slam em an hour pre gym, also another option

Well here's my personal fav breakfast

( besides the dirty pancake bacon eggs n sausage... The healthy fav breakfast!)

1 cup raw oats, mixed with chocolate whey, vanilla yogurt, cinnamon, blueberries, mixed nuts, and hemp seeds. God damn son that's delicious ! Add some cranberries too what the hell !

No. That would be impossible.
 
I would think it would dehydrate again. Get all hard. I like to take a cup of oat meal and plain Greek yogurt mix it n let it sit 5-10 mins n eat away
