Natural Peanut butter is good. You can also try a tbsp of Honey, i use that post workout and it works very well for me. I will be using Dextrose starting next week though.(just to try something new)
well i have been going with the cinnamon and it certainly helps. But today I didnt have my bowl at work so i had to eat the oatmeal dry which wasnt pleasant until i decided to pour some cinnamon in the packet and shake it up. It wasnt half bad.
