Mine was just an example of what I ate the night.....why 1/4 cup..needed lower carbs and why the extra pro..needed to get my calories in....2 scoops is 40 grms and I thought your body could process 20 grams at a time....I could be wrong here.....My main problem everyday is not enough cals at the end of the day

Oh I just thought mabye you had a purpose post workout or something. Just wondering what works for others.

lmao. wish I had your prob. of needing more cals. I cant stand being hungry. I feel entitled to be full and satisfied all the time and it seems to be a problem. lmao. If I even get the least bit hungry I feel entitled to a little meal. lol.

Not that its "scientifically backed" but I've seen from several different "in operation" people use 30-35 g protein for women & 50 g for men as the amount that can be metabolized in 1 sitting - i.e. 2-3 hrs.

The only 'for sure' protein mix I know of that you can cook w/ is Beverly International stuff. I personally put the protein mix in AFTER I've made just regular oatmeal.

When I make protein pancakes, I do the same thing, throw in 2 eggs and then throw it all in a pan for a few min. So that might be questionable as a degrader...
