NYC vs ECA

Do the NYC stacks hold there own agains ECA?
Are they any good or better than ECA?
anyone have any experience with NYC or compare them to ECA based on experience?

I alternate them back and forth.............2 weeks of NYC, 2 weeks of hydroxycut.

NYC makes me sweat more, without a doubt, but at the same time it doesn't make me feel as spaced out so I can focus better at work, and when I'm lifting I can concentrate wayyyy better than when I am on ECA.
