Don't mock me, lol. I assumed you ment you don't like any form of glutamine from your posts since you didn't mention the peptides before. I think in some of your posts you even mentioned that the only form of glutamine that works is IV, but maybe I am mystaking ...

One thing that everyone here seems to have overlooked is that Denilson says he's lifting weights 6-7 days a week. Without anabolics, that kind of schedule simply doesn't allow for recovery. I'd cut it down to 3 or 4 days max. That's probably why you have no definition at that bf - no muscles, because they never have a chance to grow.

I'm not giving anything a try bro, unless I got it for free. Been screwed too many times, and fonz says way too many things.
