I haven't bee on here in awhile, there's a few of you that replied to a post long time ago....I'd be alittle embarassed to reply to it (I havent checked back here in months! sorry, but at least schools over for now) I think I'm going to be here for a very long time now
Lately I've been wondering if I've been eating too much/too little. Gotta feeling I'll be on the wall of shame when I tell you what i've been eating. Today I've had:
80 oz of water (through out the day so far) more to go!
11:00 am - 1 Diet Coke, 1 gardenburger w/bun and lots of vegetables topped on. I think thats about 300 cal, 20g fat? 30-40ish carb - for breakfast/lunch. guessing
3:00 pm - America's Protein Bar in chocolate peanut butter(doesn't taste half bad!), cal 190, 6g fat, 17g carb, 20g protein
That's about it so far.... I feel kinda bloated though. and today is the day I'm going to start getting back in shape. I'm not sure if I'm eating too little or too much. I stocked up on several containers of cottage cheese, and chocolate whey protein shake powder.....please help this slob *points at self*
Oh, I forgot to mention my statistics. I'm about 5'6 and 125 pounds now. measurements are like 35 - 28 - 34....I've never gotten my body fat percentage checked, but you can probably guess by my waist measurement I don't have a whole lot of muscle.
