Not getting enough protein..

With school during the day it is hard to consume enough with 4:00 workouts.

I was wondering if there is a multi-use protein shake one for breakfast/post workout.

Also good protein bars to catch up on some missed protein.

Any links?

Nothing to expensive.

whey protien
i would not rely on supps though for all your protien
i think solid food is where it is at when it comes to building muscle
i know its hard but if you want it you can find a way to get the protien your body requires, nobody said it was easy
hardboiled eggs .cottage cheese beef jerkey protien bars and milk are just some of the examples of easy protien sources that are portable

Maybe If this kid would go to lunch with me to get my pound of Turkey deli meat every day. Drink a protien shake before school dude, and have a protien bar in your truck for right after school to eat, then fill in the rest of the gaps the rest of the day with good meals like eggs, etc. Shit outlined everywhere for being high-protien.

I hate protein bars, they're generally a snickers bar with some protein added. I use milk protein isolate throughout the day, it's a "perfect" protein and has plenty of intact minerals. Dairy and eggs are the best proteins from an amino acid and digestability perspective, everything else is sub par. If you're having problems getting all your protein focus more on quality as wellas doing your best to get the quantity.

Get the cheap protien powder they sell at costco Zac, it is $20 for a huge 6-lb tub. Buy the little jugs of egg whites from the store if its hard for you to prepare the eggs all the time. Protien bars are mainly good for that pre-workout protien snack.

Protein bars are shit. Its filled with crappy soy protein and the bioavailability is horrible. Plus the bar as a whole has more sugar than anything.

1) Why can't you cook at home and take food with you during the day? Chicken breasts, cut steak, low sodium deli meats (esp turkey).

2) You can take whey with you, but honestly speaking, a casein blend would be optimal with a few grams of fish oil.

Because in high school you have to look cool with what you eat *rolls eyes* I dont give a flying fuck when i am sitting there eating a pound of deli turkey at the store in front of 50 kids.. they can go ahead and be fat :)

go home at lunch and eat what you need to eat... There are up's and down's of BB and this is one if you are insecure to eat at school. But i bet you look better than most those clowns when you play shirts and SKINS

Do you know if this protein tastes any good? Its a great deal it says like 160 servings per tub or something crazy like that I was checking it out the other day.
