Ok, here is my before pic.... I'm holding fuck load of water... have no protan oil, and haven't had any carbs for 2 day... but I have access to a cam today... so I just took a pic. Anywho I need to diet down for another 6 weeks or so before I look good... but my stats are...

5'9" 232 lbs
arms 18.75"
calves 18.5"
chest 52
waist 33" (yuck)
thighs 29.5"

arms look sick (good)...lower pecs need some work (dips) and looks like you got some gyno going...and that pic is way fuzzy...beside that your avatar gives me a warm cuddly feeling.

goin through a hard time with girlfriend and other personal issues and training isnt exactly on my top priority list.

but dont assume for a split second i'm backing out..

Thanks, ulter can we resize it a bit smaller somehow to remove the fuzziness? My mother has NO software on this computer to help with this. I'll try to clean it up when I get home otherwise. Yeah, my camera skills suck, and so does this webcam.

I definately need to add some more decline work again... and no I don't have a lump but they are puffy. Sorry about the quality of the pic. Its all I could do on short notice.
 
Jatco, they filled out ALOT when I started doing stripings sets on cable hammer curls. before that I had weak lower biceps... however I tended to neglect my bracialis. Other than that, I do striping sets on one arm cable curls and I like to do heavy trisets for bi's. Narrow grip barbell curls (I stop when the bar reachers my armpit/nipple and go no higher), followed by incline curls on a deep incline, followed by a lighter set of narrow grip barbell curls. I tend to say in the 4-6 rep range on each set in taht super set. That's basically all I do for bi's.
