Orb, I hope by "full" you don't mean oil. I have already admited I do site shots, but generally it consist of 1/2 a cc in a given muscle and its gear, which breaks down much faster than synthol. I've never shot more than 1 cc in a bicep, and have done that much less than 10 times... in the last 3 years. If not that isn't what you ment, thanks for the compliment. My arms have been my slowest growing body part, and I've had to train them extremely hard. Looking at that pictrue I realize that my chest and delts need more work than I realized.
