noob just looking to train

what's what everyone, noob here only been training about a year some months serious, but nothing to special just creating this to stay motivated, grow and train! Some stats and info about
name-noob/noobster/noobinator
height-5'6 5'7
weight- back and forth between 150 and 145.
age - 18

Diet Im on a cheat day today but will post diet later this evening

todays workout is "power"

just got out of the school gym! about to graduate so I'm pressed for time with finals and homework but did a funky little workout today just decided to say F it I'm doing what I feel like bit anyway...

penlay row - about 6 sets last set drop set worked my way up to 135 8 reps could have done more weight but wanna work on my form

squats - 6 sets worked up to 185, 6 reps (easy)

weighted pull ups - 3 sets 8 reps of 35's (hard)

body weight pull ups for biceps 3 sets of 8

finally barbell curls 5 sets 6 reps of 85 pounds

diet for today is crap due to school and work, working in about an hour so time to finish a powerpoint for marketing then be late to work lol

thanks! sorry for the non posts finals have been crazy been studying and taking ap testing for the last 3 weeks:/ but now standing above a 3.0 GPA so not to bad.

As for workouts

its summer here but i'm going to try and switch up my workouts to heavy for strength and size
I was thinking 4 to 5 exercises 1 body part everyday 3 to 4 sets with heavy weight and 4-6 reps it won't be anything to crazy as for i'm not at all strong, after about 4-6 weeks heavy ill do 2 weeks higher reps with isolation movements for that "bigger" look, I've noticed how power lifters not look to big but are as strong as an ox and bodybuilders look strong but do more isolation movements making them alittle weaker so i'm going to try and combine them.

diet

I have a very good metabolism, before I was eating 6 meals a day, I was looking very cut but I started slowing down my metabolism but eating 3-4 giant meals through out the day has helped ill be weighing in today after my workout, which is Back and bi's! with deads of course

Todays workout.

Back and Bi's

hang cleans 4 sets 115 (pretty easy but working on form) 4-6 reps

weighted pill ups 4 sets of about 30 pounds 6-8 reps, last set was drop set with body weight

bent over rows 165lbs with 3 sets of 8 reps

one arm db row of 65lbs for 6 reps

machine row 4 sets heavy and last set drop set!

diet sucked:/ but I got 2 days off work so i'm cooking chicken now and then more tomorrow!

as for now its 10pm and I got school at 7 so I might train shoulders tomorrow but well see!

update:

trained shoulders yesterday #ItWasAwesome

started with deadlifts! about 6 sets with 3-6 reps worked my way up to 275 for 2! which I've never done, I felt my form slip but only slightly my backs normally arched but I felt it go straight but not hunched over so not bad.

rotator cuf warm up with stretching
then

push press 3 sets (heavy) of 105 lbs for 5-6

side lateral raises 1 warm up 3 working sets started with 25 ended at 35, 8 reps for every set

behind the neck (freebar) press

3 sets (heavy) of 95lbs with 6 sets then did an extra drop set! #orgasmic

rear DB flys 3 sets
45lbs for 10 reps

shrugs 3 sets
50lbs for 10 reps
60lbs for 10 reps
70lbs for 8 reps

then 1 set of clean and jerk DB to finish everything off!

diet was okay yesterday ate
4 chicken breast
2 cup oatmeal
2 cup Mac n cheese
protein shake with 10 grams creatine

sorness today

GOOD! shoulders are medium sore but there a deep sore which is great news for me.

today might do an ab workout with some hang cleans but will see!

alots been going on!

work has been busy and almost done with school! got all my finals in, but work has me working about 5-8 shifts as part-time! #assholes but moneys good I took a good couple days off from gym, tomorrow will workout chest and tris with some clean and jerks and diet has been good cooking more today so will post up at end of day!
