Nolvadex as fat loss agent

there some many articles and post about nolva being effective for females to cut and burn fat I would love to try it out, most of females who used it talk about 10-20mg a day for 8 weeks , obviously training and eating clean, would you guys recommend it to speed up fat loss? thank you.
 
I think that in those cases the clean diets and trainings did more for fat loss than Nolvadex. It is a SERM, so it will reduce the estrogen levels within the body - I don't see how it can effectively help burn fat. Only if it theoretically reduced the estrogen levels to such an extent, as to help burn fat, but this would definitely not be a healthy thing for a lady, as you need estrogen for proper functioning.

If you want something that will really make a difference in terms of fatloss, Cardarine GW or SR9009 would be a much better alternative. They will actually help you burn fat, and they will also increase your endurance and improve recovery, which will lead to even better fat loss. The best thing about them is that these compounds are non-hormonal, and they will not cause side effects. At least they do have a scientifically proven ability to promote fatloss, which is not the case with Nolvadex.
 
How to take L-Cardarine?
Dosage?
Is it compulsory to take it with any type of protein or supplements? Or any muti vitamin, Liv 52 ??

The nicest thing about cardarine is that it's not a hormone or a stimulant so it won't effect sleep, raise cortisol levels or anything like that. It'll cause a huge boost in fat loss with no side effects.

Seems like an odd way to try to lose fat. I would stick to diet and exercise as the base of your program and add in something like Cardarine and n2slin. Diet will always be the most important aspect though. You will need to be in a caloric deficit every single day.
