Yes, but if it where to be legal, it would put other bussinesses down... legal marijuana would be competition for the very large tobacco and alchol industrie's, backed by lobyiest's... Oh yeah, and also the logging industries... It would also interfere with the pharmeceutical Companie's because of the many health benefit's of Marijuana... The Pharmeceutical companies are able to "take apart" the chemical's of Marijuana and patent the many different "part's" and make way more money... As you can see, legalizing Hemp/Marijuana would have more of an impact on the economy than what many people realize... it has absolutely nothing to do with the false "hazard's/effect's", but more to do with money...
