I'm bouncin' around in Canada right now. So i can comment about both.

One thing that sucks about the US big time right now -- is that NO ONE is happy. No patriotism, no pride -- it's all bad news, depression, recession, outsourcing, high gas pricse, war, fat women, government out of control, al qaeda, blah blah blah.

In Canada, the big thing right now is scandalous government sponsorship of auto races.

Americans are overworked and stressed. They need another Seabiscuit, and bad.
