NLarge Question

If your not concerned with fat gains, could drink a shake right before you goto bed, could throw some flax oil in and slow down digestion even more.

Why take half a serving 4 times a day?/??..

Take 1 full serving twice a day, and eat a full meal the other 2 times you would have gone for another NLarge, in addition.

3000 calories simply is not enough to add weight.

For your size, try 3500-4000 calories.
