Hi EFers,
Last week of my 16wk test e/EQ stack, starting to plan the next one (Too early to start planning? Not if you're in Australia, gotta play lucky dip with customs to get enough gear through), and was hoping to get some input into what I could stack together with the aforementioned compounds.
I Luuuurve my test/EQ stacks (gut pains I mentioned in a previous post have been solved, I carry a bunch of bananas around and eat them as required lol), one just finishing up was 400/600 mg a week, twice weekly pinning, have made some really nice gains on it (was 112kg and about 19-20%BF when started, now 131.2kg and ~ 14-15% BF - waiting to see what the PCT crash takes away)and am midway into planning the next bulk stack (too late to worry bout shredding for summer this year, next year will be go-time)hoping to get some suggestions about compounds, dosage, etc, that'll be beneficial to getting and maintaining some real quality bulk and strength.
So far I've got planned -
1-4 Dbol 15mg/day (split into 3doses)
1-18 Test E 500mg/week (twice weekly pin)
1-16 EQ (not 100% sure on the dose here as not sure what to throw into the 'pin mix') twice weekly pin regardless
I used forma-stanzol on cycle (8pumps day/night)for estrogen support on my last cycle (Big ups to Dylan for pointing me in this direction instead of using nolva for cycle support) and it has done wonders
Now, I'm kind of leery about throwing in a super heavy androgen like tren (I still have nightmares of those pics some bro posted of lactating brown shit
), no way on earth can I afford enough legit Primo to do an extended cycle on it, so I'm a bit lost as to what I could stack in with it - HELL, do I even NEED to stack in anything else with what I've already got planned....
PCT I had planned on sticking with the traditional
Nolva 40/40/40/20/20
Clomid 50/50/50/25/25
Ostarine 25/25/12.5/12.5/12.5
HCGenerate (not sure on dosing schedule here... suggestions?)
N2Guard (again, not sure on dosing schedule here... suggestions?)
Nutrition-wise I basically aim for 450g protein/day, 400g carbs/day and minimal fat (50-75g - not cutting after all) (try and keep it to good fats like fish oil and the like) spread out over 6-7 meals
