newby needs advise

hello, i am 43 years old, 5ft 11 and weigh 180. i have been lifting for 5 weeks now and can see a noticable difference. i have been taking creatine and drinking water with no special diet. my goal is to put on strenght and mass. my question is what type of supps to take,when you look at everything on the market it makes you dizzy with hundreds of products that they all claim you need. right now i weigh 180 and bench 250 my goal is to weigh 200 and bench 300 any help would be appreciated.

hey bro obviously you will need a good protien powder, especailly for straight after training. creatine is good. a good multivitamin, fish oil wouldnt hurt either. i havent tryed it yet but heard excellent reports about amplify 02 would be a good pre lifting supplement. make sure youv got a good training plan, eat everything and get plenty of sleep and you should kick those goals no dramas

thats were you need to focus bro.....diet is key to every thing.better diet is by far better then any sup you will ever take hands down.
