hello, i am 43 years old, 5ft 11 and weigh 180. i have been lifting for 5 weeks now and can see a noticable difference. i have been taking creatine and drinking water with no special diet. my goal is to put on strenght and mass. my question is what type of supps to take,when you look at everything on the market it makes you dizzy with hundreds of products that they all claim you need. right now i weigh 180 and bench 250 my goal is to weigh 200 and bench 300 any help would be appreciated.
