Newbie with some health issues, need help

I was in good shape about 2 years ago, but was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and am on medication for that now. All T3 and T4 are fine, but I didn’t get my energy back at all. I had my testosterone checked and it’s around 500 in the morning, and drops to 180 by 4pm. Since I have a normal number in the morning I can’t get help from doctors, but the lethargy, decreased libido make it hard to stay motivated to work out. When I do work out, it’s mostly treadmill at home, and that wipes me out. I have a full blood panel from the doctor trying to find a reason for the decreased libido and lethargy, and can get you all that info if you needed it. I haven’t been on a strict workout plan since high school football, and I’m 30 now. I need a little direction on where to start, what type of program and you would suggest etc.
I’m not in this to get huge, but want more of a lean, cut look (Bruce Lee type).

Basic Vitals: 5’11, 220lbs (all in the stomach and thighs) and I’ve never been able to get pectorals. 2 years ago I was 160 and was supper cut and in good shape. I did quit smoking and take Chantix on and off to help with the cravings for that. If there is any other info please let me know.

1) go to the weight training forum, get helped on getting a good routine
2) go to the diet forum.. get your diet in check

are you looking to use anabolic steroids?

also you should defintely find out the hell is wrong with your test bro!

since no one tried to answer i did!! with what i knew..
