I was wondering if anyone has some advice for me, as to what I could start of with?
I've never used anyting, and do not need anything MAJOR, as I have been working out for 8 years and are quite satisfied. I have been reading a lot on this forum, but there are so many different oppinions.
People at my gym advice me to do a small dose of deca for 12 weeks, but here at the forum many people say that you should not do deca alone?.. so.. if you are recommending deca to a newbie, how big a dose would that be, and alone or with test/or other? or not deca at all?.........
Im 23 years old, 8% body-fat, 175cm/78kg
