newbie needs help

hey.(im 18)

i have ben working out for 2 weeks non stop now. 3 hours a day. doing all kinds of stuff in the gymn. my hands have gotten bigger my shoulders and mychest aswell.

i am currentlly taking 5 drops of atp advantage creatine serum. before i workout. and a serving of prolabs nlarge hi protein mass gainer.

unfortunately i have abelly that im trying to get rid off. i can feel my packs under neath the fat. i do almost 130 situps each day. my stomach is burning like hell, but i still cant get rid of this god damn fat.


any ideas on what i can do to get rid of this? is there somtihng that i could take.

diet and cardio!!! These two will have you ripped in no time, spend some time on the diet board, in fact go around to the different boards, except the chat board, and READ THE STICKY at the top, these will help you ubiquitously

Doing the situps will help grow the muscle under the fat but won't do shit to get rid of the fat. A good diet and cardio is the only way to lose the belly.
 
You need to get some cardio in i know what you mean cuz im in the same boat just start running for 30 mins in the morning as soon as you wake up. This will cause your body to burn of the fat for energy seeing as your on an empty stomach. Also try shortening your workout 3 hours seems alittle long at least to me. You dont want to work everything in one day aswell give your muscles some time to heal after a good work out and use different muscles the next day.
 
stop working out for 3 hours every day...that means your workouts aren't intense enough! I used to spend hours in the gym, spinning my wheels! what I learned was that I was overtraining, doing a disservice to my body because we grow when we are resting!

the only way to lose the belly is through diet...period! you just have laundry on your washboard right now...unfortunately there isn't "something you could take" to give you what you want. I suggest that you read up on the different training methods (DC, 5x5, etc) and frequent the boards here.
