Newbie needing an answer

any info

I would appreciate if anyone could give me some advice for my next cycle. I live in an area where gear is hard to come by, and I have a limited amount of funds if you know what I mean. My first on was 10wks tenant at 750 mg 1 time a week. I gained almost 20 solid pounds of muscle but did not really burn any fat and still do not have the definition that I would like. I only have about 9 to 11 percent body fat but I would like to gain about 15 nore pounds to put me at 215 5'11" and get down to about 5 to 7 percent. The cost of everything in this area is probably double to triple in most areas so please keep that in mind. I appreciate any input, thanks.

I'm 24 and I have been training since I was a teen but got seriously dedicated about 2 and half years ago.

you should have some good definition at 9-11% bf....

you sure about that %?

btw, if you are doing 750mg of test E a week (as you said above) you should inject at least 2 times per week for constant blood levels, not once...
 
It's hard to really predict a cycle when you have a low budget. I'd make sure you take out enough funds to cover your food expenses because without that, then AAS use will be disappointing unless you are one of the very few genetic freaks. You need to cover diet first and plan that in advance, then you will know how much to put forth on a cycle. Some types are way more expensive than others.

In most cases, Test and Dbol are very cheap, so i'd start there with either a high test or both together.

Losing BF% while trying to gain muscle mass is hard to do unless it is like your first cycle, and you already did that. Some people like to bump calories just high enough so that they will not gain a lot of size with much fat gains. This is easier done if you cycle for longer periods though. If you are trying to gain a lot of weight in a short amount of time, then you are working against the clock. Therefore, i'd suggest just eating a lot of good healthy foods and not worry about what fat gains you will accumulate over this course. However, like I stated earlier, some guys go for the Brad Pitt look, which is easy to do.

However, adding a lot of Lean Muscle Mass is hard to do unless you bump calories up and use an ample amount of AAS. These large mass gains get harder and harder the bigger you get and the more you gain above your natural genetic potential. So, that is why calories and AAS use usually go up much higher the more you want to gain over the years. Plus if you are 215-lbs now and want to gain 15-lbs extra, you will have to start eating like a 230-lb'er...otherwise you will just stay a 215-lb'er.

Again, gaining that much muscle while losing that much fat is gonna be harder, especially since you are around the 10'sh% mark.

So i'd go high test PLUS an Aromatase Inhibitor (I use AIFM).

or,

Test/dbol + AIFM

Actually, the more I think about it, Tren cost a little more than Dbol usually, but for what you are after, a Test/Tren cycle would probably be ideal if it is affordable to you. That ould be frequent injection though, and not sure if you want that either.

like others said stick around and learn. I agree with Mr. BMJ I like the test/tren cycle. Great results plus if you work hard you can develop great definition. you said BF% was at 11. How were you tested? that is pretty good since the average man is around 16. (thats not someone that is overly exercising, thats just national Average)

I know you are limited on funds but your better off saving your money and getting the gear you need, then blowing a little money on crap.

I would definetly need to worry about food more than anything. I'm only 195 now, and I eat so much eat is crazy. People I work with cannot believe how much I eat. I really appreciate the info, and will certainly be looking into some different cycles that I had first planned on. I have really good definition right now I would really like more mass especially in my arms. My arms are only 17 inches and I would like for them to be somewhere around 18 to 19. Maybe then I would be happy, but I seriously doubt it. Once again appreciate it.
