Guidance needed

I am a 45yr young male looking to put some clean muscle weight. I am at 155lbs at 6'. My goal is to reach 210-215 by next summer. I have never been this small and I am tired of it. I have been on TRT for a little over a year now but want to step it up a bit. I currently sit at a testosterone level of 900. Any guidance would be much appreciated.

At 45 and on TRT with 900 test levels, you’re already primed to grow, but you need way more structure
Start a detailed log here with weekly weight, macros, and lifts. Post your full TRT protocol and training split so we can fine tune it toward that 210 lb goal

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you.
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

You're diet will be poor. Fix that.

Test levels are at the top end of natural / TRT

Start a log. Your test levels are that of a 20 something. Perfect for building muscle. I'm thinking your diet/trainin gare missing something.

Sometimes posting your height and weight can be misleading. You could be 155 lbs and look really muscular. Or you could be 155 lbs and look really skinny. That's why it's important to put up a log with pictures. Let's start there.

bros you come to right place. Why don't you put up a log and list your diet and training? Let's start there.

Definitely you want to correct the diet. This way you can take more advantage of your testosterone.

Looking very good man. I'm glad to see that you posted this. Please get your Log going. I think you have the potential to really get some outstanding results.
