My name is Kara and I have been interested in fitness for quite some time. Although I am not a total novice to the gym, I have yet to find a consistent routine. Three days ago, I started the 14-day Body Sculpting WorkOut. Are there any comments about this?I feel good so far. I am5'3, 142, 24% bodyfat.
I just got so sick and tired of starving and binging myself so I figured, why not just play up the fact that I am naturally very muscluar...maybe I can really look great if I start a weight training regimen?
We'll see.
