Hello everyone!
My name is Kara and I have been interested in fitness for quite some time. Although I am not a total novice to the gym, I have yet to find a consistent routine. Three days ago, I started the 14-day Body Sculpting WorkOut. Are there any comments about this?I feel good so far. I am5'3, 142, 24% bodyfat.

I just got so sick and tired of starving and binging myself so I figured, why not just play up the fact that I am naturally very muscluar...maybe I can really look great if I start a weight training regimen?

We'll see. :)
 
Welcome! This board is a great place, so visit often. Weight training really can free you of the starve/binge lifestyle. It did for me, and I wasted 20 years of my life going down that dead-end road. Read the various "sticky" posts at the top of this board, such as "Reasons Women Need Weight Training", etc. They're full of great info.

Welcome.:D I've never heard of the 14 day body sculpting workout so I cannot comment on it. I hope you will get the info you are looking for. Good luck with your training.
