Newbie here! Need direction :)

Welcome and congratulations on achieving losing all that weight. That takes a lot of strength and courage.

Please post what you eat and drink all day and we'll be able to help you.
Thank you all. I'll be honest and say that Ive fallen off track and stopped monitoring my food over the last couple of weeks. I only drink water at worst diet soda. I mostly counted calories and kept them at about 1200 a day for a while. This hasnt been very effective lately. I'm happy to start a new routine now though.

Get those calories up to at least 1800. You're eating too little and your body thinks your starving it. Calories should be no lower than 10x your body weight. 184 x 10 = ....... :)

We all have fallen off track. You just need to get right back. With time, you'll fall off less and less. Stay away from sodas of any kind..

Sample:

Meal #1 3 scrambled egg whites and 1/2 cup of oatmeal or cream of buckwheat. (you need fiber)
#2 a protein shake (where ever you can fit it, but I like it post workout)
#3 Chicken or turkey or fish with vegetables or salad and 1/2 cup of brown rice.
#4 Same as above. You can also have the protein with quinoa or millet or couscous.
#5 Fish and vegetables.

Drink lots of water to keep you hydrated and have green tea.
