Thank you all. I'll be honest and say that Ive fallen off track and stopped monitoring my food over the last couple of weeks. I only drink water at worst diet soda. I mostly counted calories and kept them at about 1200 a day for a while. This hasnt been very effective lately. I'm happy to start a new routine now though.Welcome and congratulations on achieving losing all that weight. That takes a lot of strength and courage.
