My strength is pretty good for a person who just picked up heavy lifting the passed 2yrs i used to only do endurance training when it came to resistance. i am pretty knowledgeable when it comes to gearing up. but theres always room for improvement. i have never used GEAR but i did run a teen-13 and alpha maXX stack about 4 yrs ago when i was stationed in korea. i am no longer in the service so i feel it is safer to run it. what would you guys suggest for a first time user? and thank you guys for accepting me in the IRON brotherhood
