I work in property management, and snow removal season is crazy! I am working 12 hour days already, and it hasn't even really started snowing in my region...

Yep..I mite go missing for a day or so on here but I'm still here in spirit and still workin out!!
. Crazy few days. So I did pull exercises on wed met con on Thursday and legs today. I'll type them and post them up tomorrow! Also going to go for a walk tomorrow. Everything is going good except my diet. It's been crappy this week! I'm just starving! Been pulling a snipes and eating everything I can get my hands on!!How's everyone doing? Will post up tomorrow!

Yep thats it exactly.
The 2 working sets is to get sweetteas skelaton, joints and muscles used to routinly bearing weighted excersize. Think prehab. Then hopefully when sweettea goes on the SL 5x5 she wont have to be concerned with any injuries.
Up to about midway on the 5x5 it is fairly easy. But from that halfway point onward it gets to be a real mean bitch. It gets to be pretty stressful on joints and connective tissues. With the 2 working sets at higher reps we a just more or less conditioning her for whats to come.

You know...I'm just going to comment on my own thread cause hey it's my own thread. I hardly ever look around on the forums here but did the other day because I was bored. There was a post about Lindsey Lohans playboy pics. I looked because, hey, I actually wanted to see the pics. Nothing wrong with that. I started reading what the Guys were saying about her and just became enraged! I'm usually the least offended person around. I love to joke around..I think you guys know that..and I don't mind talking about sex or who looks like crap or whose beautiful...but these folks were being utterly ridiculous. Made me sickZ. Talking about 'they would put their cock in her glory hole and then wipe their cock off on her curtains'. I mean really guys!? So I commented. Things got ugly. I'm just so disgusted by the disrespect. Jen I don't know you but I will tell you this. I am from Ga and we don't disrespect our women that way. That is why you are so offended. I agree with my Friend Obcessedwlifting, I'm from Ga also ,its not uncommon for me to open a door for a lady ,this applies also to car doors, if a lady wished to spend time with me ,i feel it is polite to give her my undivided attention and make her feel like a queen.

Since I've been on EF I have really been trying to eat more protein as you fine folks helped me realize that I wasn't eating near enough protein. I've seen a huge difference in my body since eating more protein. So here's what I'm wondering. I am getting most of my protein from chicken, eggs/egg whites, turkey (ground turkey..turkey burgers...), fish and other lean meats. However, lately, I feel as if I eat one more piece of meat I'm gonna chunk. I just made myself an omelet with 1 whole egg and several egg whites with some 2% cheese and tons of vegetables. I took one bit and just about gagged!! It's like I just cannot eat anymore of the same stuff. anyone else get like that? Have different alternatives? I know gettiing my protein from 'real' foods is best, but just for a week or two, to give myself a break, is it ok to just drink a lot of protein shakes? Just to give myself a break from chicken and eggs? I couldn't even eat my omelet. I shoved as much down as I could. Any suggestions?
