Just would like to say this site is the Holy Grail to all bodybuilding websites. The knowledge given by users here is just overwhelming.
Little about me, I'm obsessed with the bodybuilding lifestyle and strive to know more.

Cycles....I started one once before I knew anything about.... Well anything. I quit about 2 weeks into it luckily and been researching more before I go down the big boy route.
Nutrition: eat every 2 1/2hrs
1 cup egg ws w/1 cup oats+1 tbs pb
8-10oz chicken breast w/ 1cup rice or sweet potatoe for meals 2 and 4.
Lunch and dinner: roasted chicken b, skinless, rice or mashed potatoes. broccoli
Prework 1 scoop whey, banana or 1/2cup oats
Post 2-3scoops whey
I've been in the military for 3yrs, one more to go! Being forced to run everyday during the week just sucks.
I'm also only able to workout at night because the gyms here are far to crowded before 7.
Which brings me to my first question, since I lift so late, what should my post workout meal be like if it's close the time I sleep?
What should I consume before I run in the morning so I won't loose to much mass?
Im ALWAYS hungry, even after big meals I will be wanting more. I drink a gallon of h2o a day but that doesn't stop it.
I'm interesting in bulking and believe I should eat more but to me, I eat alot alrighty and don't gain weight.
Im very interested in the standard beast cycle. My set up would be like the ones posted here.
20/20/20/20
Creatine 10-15g Ed
Unleashed(maybe)
PCT: unleashed/pct
DAA and triazole(maybe on tria)
Sorry for lengthy post but I have a lot to ask but the rest for later.
