I got my Phillips canvas yesterday and used it today. This is my first time in canvas. MY PR coming in was 425@152 in Metal 2-ply briefs and a single ply Hardcore. Today I did:
150x3, 200x3, 240x2, 300x2, 340x1(got depth), 375x1, straps up-415xmiss(lost balance),knee wraps- 445x1!
I had plenty more in me, but I didn't want to go too crazy and I had to piss like nobody's business, lol.
I only weighed 147 after a large Post workout meal too, so I was lighter with this PR. I can't wait to squat in my next meet now that it is actually gonna be more respectable and bring up the total. 500+ in December!!
I am planning on doing the APF Southern States in December. I pla on being at around 1300 or so at 148 by then. Is anyone here doing that meet? I know that we have some southern people here.
