Well i've been gyming for around 6 months and my routine is kinda same from the very first day. So can anyone please suggest any change in routine or any new routine type is should follow?
Well one thing i'm concerned about it, my arms are lagging behind other body parts. So any tweak in arm workouts will be much appreciated.
