New Routine Suggestion!!

Well i've been gyming for around 6 months and my routine is kinda same from the very first day. So can anyone please suggest any change in routine or any new routine type is should follow?

Well one thing i'm concerned about it, my arms are lagging behind other body parts. So any tweak in arm workouts will be much appreciated. :)

sufficient rest will help don't over work your muscles with isolation exercises. Your biceps and supporting muscles will grow by lifting heavy for your compound exercises.

Can you suggest some of those compound workouts for arms size bro?

The main exercises that will make you grow is your deadlifts, bench press, pullups, squats and rows

I switched back to FST-7 about 2 weeks ago, it's old school but I've had success with it...

I'll switch it up again in 1-2-3 months...

Buddy at my gym does that and he's getting good results

Google 5 x 5...it's a great place to start. 6 months in you really shouldn't be complaining. Stick to the basics, no need to get fancy.

Well i do all of them except pullups. I'm unable to do them no matter how hard i try

I used to not be able to do a single pullup, you need to hit your back hard with lat pulldowns rows and all that good shit. Don't give up on pullups anyone who says they can't do pullups just has the wrong mindset. You can't do them... yet. That' it. Also learn how to kip into your pullups which will allow you to get more pullups out when you're getting muscle failure
