I'D RATHER BE DEADLIFTING

First of I want to say thatnk to B Fold once again for giving me both the plans for the farmers walk implements and the idea to try and deadlift with them which we tried this morning. Went like this:
Started with goodmornings and worked up pretty heavy. Then went to my farmers deadlifts:
bodyweight- 149-150 lbs
65'sx3
105'sx3
155'sx1
195'sx1
215'sx1
245'sx1
255'sx1!!
Actual bars+weight= 515 lbs!! This is huge for me. I was looking to go over 200 in each hand, but didn't expect that. Also feels good to know I can grip that weight without any issues. I plan on making you guys proud in 5 weeks and pulling huge at my meet!!
