Today was 15RM day for HST, I was doing partial deadlifts.

I just went all out (the new thermorexin I got helped a bit) and got 315 x 20. Whoever thought you could be so satisfied with feeling so horrible afterwards :)

I'm looking forward to this weekend's rest period.

For some reason I can keep form really well when I'm reaching the limit with deadlifting movements. I just keep everything locked pretty well, maybe because it's more of a natural movement for how I'm built.

To me keeping form is the toughest on benching exercises. That's one of the reasons I'm a big fan of the hammer machine chest press, because I can keep better form on it.

:garza: Great work man! I just did a similar thing Wednesday. I pulled 315x15 ... I was soooooooooooo exhausted. My traps are still wrecked.

Now THAT's masochism. What impresses me is that you were supposed to stop at 15 reps. Is that a big strength gain over your original 15RM?
