LADIES, THANK U FOR ALL THE COMPLIMENTS!!

I am now training weights at night and cardio in the AM, it was too hard trying to do both in the AM before work ,so we'll see how much progress I make by Xmas time.
Having someone at the gym take pics of specific muscles soon too so look for them... they will focus on certain muscles only.

No sorry that is not my little girl it is my precious niece!!
I love her to death and spoil her rotten.

And my sister was the one taking the pictures at the beach.
