To answer some of the questions:
I'm 32 years old in late October.
For bi's I do a ton of sets. My arms have always responded well to abuse. 6 sets of straight bar curls, 6 sets of EZ curl bar sets, 4 sets of hammercurls (dumbells), 2 sets of very wide grip long bar curls (bending only at the elbows).
My diets consists mainly of chicken, tuna and potatos. I eat 6 times a day and eat a fair amount of carbs. When I get closer to the next show, I'll be cutting the carbs. Here's a pic from my last show taken back stage. (Sorry about the head being cut off...bad photog)
