Guidelines for bulking clean
--------------------------
-Low GI carbs (plenty) throughout the day
-High GI carbs post workout (maltodextrin, honey)
-You may cut out carbs at the last two meals of day UNLESS you work out late at night or in the afternoon like 7pm.
-Plenty of protein. Preferably sources like red meat, salmon, chicken, tuna (with mayo) etc. Aim for at least 1g per pound of bodyweight. In your case, 200g of protein spread over 5-6 meals. More, if you wish.
- Don't neglect fats. Fats can be found in egg yolks, flax and olive oil, peanut butter and fish oil caps.
- I say a 200lbs bodybuilder should aim for 4000-4500 cals daily. I know it's alot, but so are you bro - you're a big guy. So eat big.
- Avoid alcohol if you are serious about your gains. It will hinder them greatly. A glass or two of wine is fine, even beneficial, but don't go on a drunken joyride like many ppl my age often do.
- You may start to gain some fat. This is inevitable almost unless you are a complete beginner. Do not worry about the fat. You will gain fat but you will also gain lots of mass - so the fat will be more evenly spread out due to the new area you encompass. If you so wish, you can then go on a cutting cycle.
- PM me if you need any more answers.
