40% carb 40%protein 20% fats. I try and take in around 3500-4000 clean calories a day. One typical cheat day every two weeks. Spread my calorie intake around 6-8 meals a day with a few shakes. Trying to watch cholesterol intake and strengthen cardio vascular before I cycle.

Scratch that last post. Totally changing my diet. Upping caloric and protein intake. My current diet consists of;
4,542 calories
411g Protein
370g Carbs (not sure if I need more)
117g Fat ( same as carbs may need more)
Talked to a trainer tonight who apparently trained 8 Mr. Wisconsin. He broke down what my diet needed to consist of to pack on more mass. Broken down into 9 meals a day with two shakes and trying to put down a gallon of water a day. Woof it's going to be rough to get used to but hey I'll give it a go.
