You can use that but you can also buy plain gelatine. This is excellent for joints! Just ask a store clerck, but you should be able to find it by the jello that you are talking about too. Or you might find it in the Canning section if your store has one.

I swear I got something that will put rows back in your work outs. I got a month sample I will give you.. Put it on your elbow before and after each work out And like magic you will be thanking me. Now Let me ask you. I see woman all the time , talk to them about training all the time. I have trained girls in IFBB Body building down to NPC figure , MMA and everything in between.

Your training the 5X5 and wait is your goal? Also have you been taking a active anabolic? Chemical enhancement of any kind? Or any damn good sups??

Hey Nate. Thanks so much I would really appreciate any help that would take the pain away I tried to work round it but if theres a way I can still do rows id be stoked I loved them the pump is amazing.

As for chems I'm running 0.50 test p e very 3 days I started that when I hit my first brick wall along with winny injectable 0.5o e every other day but I quit the winny when started having elbow pain. Sups are creatine amino acids and phd carb powder which I use pre and during workout and after I also use shakes but tend to limit them as I get most protein from good food .
I would say my goals are to gain as much mass possible and strength without using too many Chems .
I'm contemplating competing next year but not 100% on what at I'm going to speak to a guy from a local gym for advice on this.
I take my training very seriously as before I started training I when down the wrong road so to speak and made a lot of mistakes. And body building has gave me something to focus on .
