9 weeks 2day since I started 5x5. Noticed amazing results in size weights and strength thanks to Zed! You rock boss! Here's today's folks.
Workout a
Squat 2x7 @35k

5x5 @70k. 154lb

B press 2x5 30k
2x5 37.5
5x5 70k. 154lb

Lean over shrugs! 3x10 27.5 k
I'm hoping these are going to grow on me as ATM they stress me out lol I leave the gym feeling angry !
Overall though I'm astonished at my gains I've we my pb's out the window.

Wow!! So proud of you D!!! You have super strength!! You should be so proud of yourself. I'd be walking around in a bikini out there in the snow showing it off!! Great job!!! Youre killing this stuff!

So excited to get to the gym tomorrow I'm eating like a horse ATM bought some phd carbs to add too water for pre workout and during so should give me that push I need to beat last wks ohp ... I love this 5x5 challenge!
 
I like the carbs pre workout and they do just that sista, give that little extra boost.
And I am so glad taht you really do like the 5x5. It really is my very fav workout program by far.
 
LOL you will soon get the hang on those bent over shrugs sugazombie. Then once you feel comfortable with them you can add whatever weight you want. How is the tennis elbow doing?

Hey chic! I'm 9 wks in now I think I go 12 one wk off then nuva 12 ,but the way it works after I hit a wall I try again up to 3 times then if I can't hit the full 5x5 then I delode 10% then once I start not making progress after delodes I then go on to 3x3. It's got me hooked im the most driven I've ever been
