B press 2x5 30k

5x5 65 K 143lb

took 20mg test p and 25mg winny before workout going to repeat before each workout so 60mg test n 75 winny per week also upped carbs in food and powder mixed wiv shakes . Pulled today off really well pleased with myself lol.
Been to the docs today as been getting elbow pain for some time now it comes and goes but yesterday it came with vengeance and kept me up all night it's still extremely painful today. So the docs said its tennis elbow gave me stong anti inflammatory and told me to rest it , Also my good friend Zed gave me some great advice so thanks Zed. Hope to be back Monday !!
