Thats why you see most peeps doing bent over rows almost standing vert.
If your gym has mirrors use them. It helps a lot to actually see what you are doing.
When I do my rows my feet are much wider then my shoulders. And my knees are very bent.
So, when I am reaching down for the bar my back is parallel to the floor. For me this makes easy to hold that position. If I have to lean down to put that weight back on the floor I know I missed that rep.
 
Yeah I get that I totally found it much easier with the wider stance, And yeah there ain't no getting away from them dam mirrors in there lolo there right round the gym haha . I measured my forearms before and after work out lol just to see how much difference they were pumped lol sad I know but I was intrigued There was an inch difference thats crazy!

see zed we arent crazy!!! youre not crazy d, i did that to my legs last week to my quads when i couldnt fit in my jeans post workout in the morning and they were following off by the afternoon.

Hahaha well just maybe a lil crazy lol but yeah this is true I knew the change would be there I just didn't realise how dramatic lol

Used mixed grip today think the straps are harder as it means more to grip and my hands don't seem big enough.

Hey chic I think he means as you put the bar down you still should be in same position you picked it up and if your to high that you have to lean further to put it down somehow you straightened up while lifting which shouldn't happen lol I think that's it anyway lol
