i've been hearing a lot lately that higher reps for thighs is the way to go. like 15+ reps but i've always thought the rule was 8-10 for mass building. ok guys please put in ur 2 cents. thanks tank
It works differently for different people, some people love to pump their legs and some wanna pound. For leg training i do 1set of light squats for about 20 reps where I pump as much blood into them as i can then i go heavy and do about 6-8 reps. If you are going for mass in your quads then you want the majority of sets on low reps but make sure your form is strict especially on squats otherwise the heavy weight can damage your back.
