Allow me to introduce myself.

I am 5'11 250-260

I have a huge gut LOL

I have been working out for the past 6 weeks and I think I got a good routine down when it comes to lifting.

Im not trying to get like Dexter Jackson but I need to lose weight and get big.

I have a large frame to begin with. I can run a mile in 10 min (which I think is F^cking great for a 250 pound guy)

I cant the proper foods right now to lose weight effectively but I do have some cash to get supplements.

I current use 2 pills of Xenadrine before I work out have 3 protein drinks a day (Isopure Zero Carb)

I workout 4 times a week m-back T-chest W-shoulders TH- Biceps/Triceps F-Cardio

After each work out I stay on the cardio for 30 min

So far with my limited funds is what I am taking enough for a little growth? Is there something I can add?

My eating habits aren't great because of my lack of funds. My In-Laws own a Filipino Resturant so I am stuck eating there.

For now I am going to READ READ READ.

But any insight would be great.

Well welcome to Elite.I am a newbie also.Keep reading everything on this site you can.Ask the moderators for help if you need it.There are some real informative hardcore lifters here.Far as the diet.I am also only able to do things on a limited budget, and try to take advantage of every sale I can.The Isopure is good.Try to eat healthy.Leave the McRonalds,Bendy's,and Burger Fuck alone. They have real shitty food.Stay cool, and stay focused. Don't ask how much it weighs just lift it.

My advice is to start eating 5- 6meals per day every 2.5-3 hours apart.Try to eat at least 1 g protein per pound bodyweight and eat clean carbs and good fats.Do not worry to much about using supplements as really there is no substitute for real food.Try to start doing cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and build up to 1 hour(trust me this will help). With your weight training what happened to training legs?Add a leg day!!!
