i have some questions. i am 38yrs old and started working out 6 months ago. i am 5'11 and was 194 now i'm up to 200. i don't seem to be getting fat so could it be muscle?? i do notice my body taking shape. i also wondered why i was getting tryed when lifting i just quit smoking. holy shit what a diffrence. i'm having a hard time trying to put together a 6 meal day. i eat tuna, lots of chicken. i need help. also i work out by my self since my friends are losers. and help would be great thanks.
