i have some questions. i am 38yrs old and started working out 6 months ago. i am 5'11 and was 194 now i'm up to 200. i don't seem to be getting fat so could it be muscle?? i do notice my body taking shape. i also wondered why i was getting tryed when lifting i just quit smoking. holy shit what a diffrence. i'm having a hard time trying to put together a 6 meal day. i eat tuna, lots of chicken. i need help. also i work out by my self since my friends are losers. and help would be great thanks.
 
muscle weighs more than fat so this is why you van gain wait and look thinner..you get tired while working out could just be that your new too it im only 25 but smoked for 10 years and quit almost 1 1/2 years ago now you dont get ur wind back just like that..as for ur friends and haveing to lift on ur own fuck them i hate working out with someone put a good cd on bump it up and get to work..keep up the dedication good luck brother

Start reading everything here for awhile (month at least)... then ask specifics once you inform yourself. Becoming knowledgable about the specific areas you want to improve is priceless.

hey guys thanks. well i want to add mass. may someone could put together a good list of things to eat for the day. also what is good to take before and after a workout.
