Im not new to the whole fitness, healthy eating thing... Ive been following the Body for Life program for some time but have since not be able to get back onto the program. I think its because I have done it for so long that my body has become acustomed to that eating style and I can no longer lose weight.
Any people out there that can help me with a diet to lose some exta flab? I was wondereing if I should eat the same style as BFL and just cut carbs at night? Any suggestions
