New Diet: Please Read... thoughts?

Agreed pretty much with cynical. A sample diet I would use, as mentioned I do my workout in the morning. A sample of how I do it after dropping carbs down to the tkd point...So, it would be as follows....

Meal 1 which is pre workout, I will have oats and protein
Train
Meal 2 pwo I will have either dex/prot tapering(last thing I change) as I lose fat or malto/prot "meal" like Mass maker(again tapering last thing)
Meal 3 ppwo I will have my other carb meal, usually a high fiber carb like beans and 6-8 oz. meat and veggies
Meal 4 will be meat/2 cups fibrous veggies/1 oz. walnuts
Meal 5 will be meat/fibrous veggies/4 fish oil
Meal 6 will be meat/fibrous veggies/5 fish oil
Meal 7 before bed will be 6 eggwhites/cup of omlette veggies/few almonds

Much appreciated... Can you tell me the variations you will make while dieting down... What kind of meats? Fatty? Lean? Also... what about carb ups? Cheat Meals? Thoughts on them? Thanks.... -NJstacked

As I lower carbs, I raise fats. Got to account for some of those calories somewhere. I usually transition the carbs from my last meal first, then next to last, etc.

If I have the time(if I started contest dieting in time), I will normally make 2-3 calorie cuts from maintenance, then maybe transition into carb cycling for a few weeks. After this, I go back to caloric cuts/more cardio to the posted end diet.

The diet I put up is usually about my finishing diet. This with increased cardiodoes it.

Cardio is something that should probably be addressed. I am a firm believer that most folks start "intense" cardio way too early. My thoughts have always run that if you start cardio too early, you have no recourse at some point than to cut calories. At some point, this can well be counterproductive as I am sure you are aware.

I cheat in the beginning, but as I close in on my goal, my cheats only happen out of necessity to keep my body/metabolism/leptin up and running as well as can be. It is shown from my research that it takes 100 gr. of carbs a day approximately to reset metabolism. As you probably know, the breakdown of triglycerides by lipases is under hormonal control. The main enzymes involved are epinepherine and glucagon and insulin.

Up until the last few weeks, I have a good lean steak once per week. Other than that, I have chicken, turkey, tuna, talapia, etc.
