New cycle

whats your diet... when you mentioned protein the first source you listed was shakes... not a good sign. get 1.5g-2g of protein per lb and limit yourself to 1shake a day and you will get great results.

Yes I do typically have 2-3 whey protein shakes a day. Once I start my cycle I will be consuming cans of tuna and chicken like a dope fiend. My calorie intake should be around 3500 minimum from what I keep reading. I know its hard to gain muscle and lose weight at the same time because of the calorie intake. I have been talking to some people and I am under the impression I need to drop the EQ from my first cycle and extend my Test E. Here is what I have been suggested:

Week 1-20 Test E 500 a week
Week 22-26 nolvadex 20 mg a day/ 7 days a week

I have already ordered 20mlx Test E 250, 20mlx EQ 300. I can order another bottle of each to complete the cycle below. But here is what I have come up with after my research. Eq is dropped 2 weeks before the Test due to it staying in the system longer. PCT is started 14 days after last Test E injection.

Week 1-18: Test E 500, EQ 600
Week 19-20: Test E 500
Week 22:20 mg Nolvadex/day
Week 23-24:20 mg Nolvadex/day, 100 mg Clomid /day

Please advise on the cycle above.

Im considering the same cycle so gonna add to thread.

1-12 Test E 500 MG
1-6 Winstrol oral 50 mg ED
PCT:
12- HCG 2500 UI E5D, 4 injections.
12-14 Nolvadex 40 mg ED
14-16 Nolvadex 20 mg ED

Might throw in some T3 and Clenbuterol as well.

I weight 90 kg(198 pounds), and 1,83 cm height with a bodyfat around 12%

Hoping with this cycle to reach 95 kg, and get a bit more cut. With the right diet, is this possible?

my advice run a 12 week cycle. read up on a new pct. dont take 100mg of clomid. you need an anti e like formastanzol. Drop the eq completely. over 1g for your first cycle. get your diet on track now today. limit yourself to one shake until you are getting at least 1.5g of protein in per day.

eat no dont just assume that once you are one you will eat and train better. make that a part of your life now so that when you are on you can make even more improvements

also for your first cycle you should bulk dont try to bulk and cut. just bulk try eating your bw x 20 in calories so for you that would be about 4500 cals

Damnit I swear everyone I talk to has a different look on this. So I drop the EQ do the Test 500 for 12 weeks. and on the 14th week take nolvadex for 3-4 weeks?
 
imo that is a lot better for a 1st cycle. just keep it simple. focus on your diet and training get that 100% dialed in and nailed down so you get great results. save eq, other compounds and high dosages for WAY down the road.

get your cycle straight in your head which i hope is just test 1-12 at 500mg then read some info on pct and decide for yourself but personally i would do pct with formastanzol, unleashed and post cycle.

Yes I do use a whey isolate protein shake and I usually have 2 a day. I am around 225 so I would need 350-450 g protein a day. My diet pre AAS I have been trying to eat about 2500 calories a day. I have been trying to lose as much body fat as possible before I start my cycle. I dont know how i am going to eat all this protein! I need to eat almost 10 cans of tuna a day plus my shakes and more. WOW!

Any suggestions on where I can get more protein from so I dont get burt out on Tuna?
 
that is exactly why you should start eating like you are on at some point before you start your cycle. this way you get used to eating like that and just make it part of your life.

Here is a list of some of my most common meals. I eat these things over and over and I eat until I have had enough cals / protein. sometimes I will eat two meals back to back or sometimes I spread them out nicely.
1 eggs cheese turkey sausage sandwich (whole wheat bread, light sausage btw)
2 egg cheese omlette
3 turkey & cheese sandwich or any other sandwich like chicken salad, roast beef, etc
4 chicken and veggies
5 hamburger / turkey burger / salmon burger
6 steak
